Wild Europe has long functioned as a key network working towards wilderness and primary forest protection in Europe and has been a close working partner of Wild Heritage on numerous initiatives. Wild Europe has now achieved foundation status (after registering in The Netherlands) so that it can more effectively fundraise for its operations and implement projects, and Wild Heritage Executive Director Cyril Kormos has joined the Board of Trustees.
